Hampden Avenue, Suite 350
Denver, CO 80231
Dear Mr. Bosworth:
This completeness review has found the Munger Canyon permit application
complete. As stated in the accompanying letter, all subsequent review
and comment periods are now initiated. The completeness determination,
however, is considered to be provisional at this time.
The newspaper announcement given is deficient in one area. No word is
mentioned of the proximity of the permit area to the right-of-way
for Douglas Pass Road. Section 2.07.3(2)(e) of the Colorado regulations
states that this information is required.
if you have any questions please feel free to contact me at the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Division.
Yours very truly,
Brian E.
