D2,r,;. of Natural Resource
Yesterday I spoke to Brian Munson in your absence about changing
the final document coming from Kaman Tempo from early L'o late August,
1982. Kaman Tempo had this week scheduled to review Grand Mesa Coal
Company's comments of the draft and to complete the hydrologic assess-
ment document. Kaman Tempo has been asked by Western to modify their
schedule and make this week available to Powderhorn Coal Company to
work on an alluvial valley floor assessment. Based on i'he discussion
with Brian Munson yesterday, Dan Kimball at Kaman Tempo was told that
there is no problem in holding vp the Grand Mesa Coal Company's submittal
to the Division by a couple of weeks in order to accomplish the other
priority work.
Brian asked me to make a record of the conversation by summarizing
the discussion in a memo addressed to you.
Very truly yours,
tc19~.: s. l ~-
William S.
