<br />4. The operator shall (a) install, maintain, and use any monitoring
<br />equipment requirod by the Reyulatory Nuthority as a condition of this
<br />approval or required subsequent to approval durir.:,' the life of the rein?;
<br />(b) establish znd maintain ap;,ropriate records o' such monitoring, (c)
<br />evaluz~e the resclts in accordance with such „~ethods, at such location,
<br />intervals, and in such iaar,ner as the kegula'.ory '~uU?ority shall prescriS~,
<br />(d) make rep;,rts of the results of rnonitorin:; as required by the P.e^.ulatory
<br />kuthority znC (e) provide such other inforr.~,ztion as ~he Fegulatory l:uthori:y
<br />shall require.

<br />G. Caipliance with any design criteria, or technulcc~~ requirement, even
<br />where design criteria or the technology hzs been a,~proved by the kenulatory
<br />~+uthori.p, shall no= relieve the operator of tl~e d;;ty to comply wi_n any
<br />aepli•cabl•~ effluent limitations, emission li;aitz'_ion, applicable performance
<br />standard, :+ater yua'.ity standard, ambient air cuality standard, or any
<br />order issued by ti?e Regulator}- /wiho n ty under Section 521 of the Surface
<br />1lining Control and keclar,iztion kct.
<br />7. The operator shtll file a request with the k_~_.ulatory l+uthority
<br />seeking the release of all or ;,art of a perferr~rance bond only during
<br />chose seasonal ;periods v+hen it is possible fur the Regulatory kuthorit}~
<br />to inspect the zrea subject to the proposed release and ma4:e a deterninatien
<br />(a) regarding the completeness of reclamation, (b) the degree of Ciff?culty
<br />to complete any rec,aining reclamation, inclcd?ny success of reeeyetation;
<br />Ic) wf~etlier p;;llut?un of surface or subsurface r+at~r a occurring, and
<br />(d) the proba!'~ility and estimated cost of ahatinq such pollution or other
<br />applicable reclamation. requirements.
