Deb+. c~ n ,~, v <br />_~_:~:.. <br />_;.. <br />After.~reviewing the previousley reclaimmend area, and <br />finding the: amount of annual weed cover present, I feel that <br />it rill be necessary to remove: this existing cover and re- <br />plant with the species that I have reccommended providing <br />they have been approve6~ Some of the grasses have taken E~ <br />hold in scattered locations , and I believe that we can and <br />should remoae the old annual weed cover with a harrow which <br />will cause a minimum amount of disturbance to the already <br />existing desired grass species. <br />leather permitting this should be accomplished by Nov. 20, <br />or possibly a little later providing the ground has not froz- <br />en.
