. 1 ~ . • • <br />3) Storm Ring Mines is presently compiling the various maps <br />necessary to complete a correlation map which will show proposed <br />surface disturbance, the 5-year permit boundary, the affected <br />area for the first 5-year permit and permit and affected area <br />boundaries for each successive 5-year permit term through the <br />life of the mine. The correlation map will be completed and <br />submitted to CMLRD for insertion in permit application documents <br />by November 2, 1984. <br />4) The maps have been appropriately signed by Michael J. <br />Galloway. <br />I sincerely hope that this submittal will meet the approval of <br />CMLRD and satisfy all of the outstanding requirements. Storm <br />Ring Mines fully expects to start Phase "A" development <br />immediately upon CMLRD, Garfield County and any other approvals <br />as may be required, and we look forward to obtaining ouc permit <br />as soon as possible. <br />Please contact me immediately if you have any additional comments <br />or questions. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />,~B ~il~y~ <br />E.
