<br />2.05.4(2)(b) -Reclamation Plan - Cost Estimate <br />A detailed estimate of the cost of reclamation of the proposed mining <br />operation must be included in the reclamation plan portion of the permit <br />application. The estimated cost must be in an amount sufficient to assure the <br />completion of the approved reclamation p]an if the work had to be performed by <br />the Board, through independent contractors. The estimate must include <br />supporting calculations show in sufficient detail to allow the Division to <br />verify the accuracy of the estimate. <br />2.05.4(2)(d) - Reclamation Plan - Topsoil <br />If Section 2.05.3(5) is amended to provide a plant growth material salvage <br />narrative, the reclamation plan portion of the permit application will <br />likewise need to be revised to include a plan for removal from storage and <br />redistribution of suitable plant growth materials. If the soils information <br />gathered in accordance with Section 2.04.9 indicates that no salvageable plant <br />growth materials exist within areas to be reclaimed, an alternate plan must be <br />submitted which explains how the applicant proposes to establish sufficient <br />quantities of suitable plant growth material over areas to be revegetated upon <br />termination of operations. <br />/wjh <br />7735E <br />
