McNeil requesting decision by Aug. 20, 1982. <br />surface & ground water systems discussion, monitoring plan, <br />bonding info., overburden 6 interburden geochemistry still <br />outstanding. <br />Aug. 24, 1982 - meeting to discuss permitting progress, CCMC agrees to permit <br />restricting mining outside areas of flooded workings. <br />Sept. 28, 1982 - Division informs CCMC of additional deficiencies in B & G plan. <br />new post-mining topographic map requested. <br />Sept. 30, 1982 - overburden and interburden analyses submitted. <br />Oct. 7, 1982 - 2ithologic Logs and location map for above samples submitted. <br />Oct. 13, 1982 - telephone ca12 requesting map showing flooded workings to <br />determine limits of mining to be permitted. <br />Oct. 15, 1982 - post-mining topographic maps submitted, ground water monitoring <br />wells located on a map submitted. <br />Oct. 21, 2982 - Division completes review of all new materials. <br />Oct. 25, 1982 - outstanding info. includes: bonding info, map of flooded <br />workings, surface & ground water systems discussion, monitoring <br />plan. <br />/mt <br />
