This means that Gold
and Natural Resources, or whoever purchases these rights, may come
in and mine the coal under these properties. However, due to the
current economic conditions concerning coal prices, and more
importantly the costly and difficult task of predicting, monitoring
and correcting any problems concerning underground subsidence that
is attributed to the mining of coal, it is highly unlikely that
anyone would care to attempt to mine these resources in the
foreseeable future.
Should you have any more questions or need additional information,
please contact me.
Sincerely,
~~n^"-1~
Harry B.
