Mr. Greene did not submit the written qualifications as required. He also left a voice mail message
on my phone indicating his acknowledgement that he missed the deadline, indicating that maybe
next time things will work out, and thanking us for sending him the bid request. The message was
retrieved this morning (8/31/95).
Jim Stover
Mr. Stover left a voice mail message on my phone yesterday (8130/95), indicating that his schedule
would not allow his competing for this project. He also expressed concern about our requirement to
obtain such a large amount of insurance for such a small project.
Tom Leidich (TersaMatrix)
Yesterday (8/30/95), Tom and I spoke via telephone, and Tom indicated that his schedule would not
allow participation at this time. He.did request, however, that we consider TersaMaVix in the
future.
