Species will be recorded along
these transects at specified intervals to obtain information on
relative cover and species composition. Bare ground and litter will
also be recorded.
Wyoming Fuel Company will report the results of our data
collection to the Division within three (3) months after it has
been collected. The report will include data on relative cover
and species composition and a summary of how reveRetat_ion is proceed-
ing in meeting the premining vegetative success standards. Further-
more, the report will emphasize those revegetation techniques which
are proven to be successful and those which are unsuccessful. The
general condition of this vegetation will also be reported, i.e.,
weed invasion and the necessity for weed control, competition among
species and indications of the survival of species and species
vigor,
It is Wyoming Fuel Company's intent to develop a successful
cost effective revegetation program. The proposed evaluation
program is the first step to reaching this objective.
I hope this proposed program will satisfy Stipulation #20:
If you have any further questions or require further detail regar~-
ing our program please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely yours,

David M.
