Len Carpenter and Clait Braun, of our research staff, <br />to review and comment upon the above referenced document. Rather than <br />rewrite their comments, I have attached them. <br />It remains our contention that a fertilization program near the Kerr <br />mine is the only reasonable and effective method for mitigating sage <br />grouse habitat loss due to the mining activity. We have provided numerous <br />documents in the past which substantiate this.
