Shelton
Director
MEMORANDUM
To: Sandy Emrich
From: David Craig
Re: Conditions of Foidel Creek Geology Findings
Datr.: November 17, 1982
In my memo of November 16, 1982, I presented the geology findings for
the proposed Foidel Creek underground mine. As is outlined in my memo
of November 10, 1982, there are still several adequacy concerns remaining
regarding the applicant's geology submittal. The findings I have written
assume that the applicant has successfully and adequately addressed these
concerns. 1 fully anticipate that the applicant will have little problem
completing this task. Therefore, I felt that the findings could be writ-
ten under these assumptions. Before publishing these findings, I suggest
that you assure that the applicant has adequately addressed my concerns.
To avoid a misunderstanding, these concerns are listed below:
Rule 2.04.6(2)(a)(iv)(B)
The applicant should submit the lithologic logs for the drill holes from
which the recently submitted roof and floor geochemistry data was taken.
The specific drill hales are as follows: 006-82-072, CH-82-041, CH-82-65,
006-82-046, CH-8z-74A, and CH-82-746.
