:~
07-29-1996 03~05PM FROM E. STOVER & ASSOCIATES TO DM: P.03
F11X T&]1N8lQTT11L
David Berry Page 3 July 29, 1996
DMG recommended ephemeral drainages be monitored for field and
full suite parameters. The reca®ended sample frequency was
followed during the 1995 baseline monitoring period (ref. page
2.04-34). No flow was noted in the four ephemeral drainages
located within the permit area between Steven Draw and Hubbard
Creek during 1995. The monitoring frequency presented on page
2.05-72 is for the poet operation phase of the project, not
the baseline monitoring phase.
/9. The DMG indicates that in my letter to the DMG dated April 11,
1995, concerning the April 7, 1995 meeting with the DMG, the
DMG recommended there be monthly monitoring of field
parameters and sampling full suite parameters three times
during the irrigation season of the Deer Trail Ditch. The
reca®ended sample frequency was followed during the 1995
baseline monitoring period (ref. Volume III, Exhibit 3-. The
monitoring frequency presented on page 2.05-72 is for the poet
operation phase of the project, not the ba^e11ne monitoring
phase.
10. The DMG indicates that in my letter to the DMG dated April 11,
1995, concerning the April 7, 1995 meetlnq with the DMG, the
DMG recommended three alluvial wells be drilled at the
proposed truck loadout area. The wells were not drilled
because of budget constraints. 8RL plane to construct the
wells in the near future.
TOTRL P.03
