Notice of the <br />proposed decision will be published in the Steamboat Pilot commencing next <br />Thursday, July 6, 1995. Long <br />Division Director <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of <br />the application and any modifications resulting from the review was sent to <br />each agency listed on the Federal Agency Mailing List. The project may not <br />proceed until all copies have been sent. <br />Please be advised that federal mine plan approval must be obtained from the <br />Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSM). OSM approval is <br />required, in addition to State permit approval, before operations affecting <br />federal coal may commence. <br />Seneca Coal Company should submit their bond (in the amount of $1,990,967.00) <br />on forms approved by the Division approximately two weeks prior to the end of <br />the public comment period in order for the Division to review the bond forms <br />in a timely manner prior to permit issuance. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me. <br />Singly, <br />(y/,'~~S'~~ <br />Erica S.
