Conference/Colorado Coal Mine No. 1 <br />Permit Application, File No. C-024-81 <br />Dear Susan: <br />On June 30, 1981, we met in the office of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division. The purpose of the meeting was to <br />discuss the Divisions recent review of the permit application <br />referenced above. During a recent telephone conversation <br />with Fred Banta we agreed to provide responses prepared to <br />date to the issues raised in the P.A.R. letter. Additional <br />information will be forthcoming concerning haul roads, <br />sediment control and alluvial valley floors. <br />2.01 General Requirements <br />In accordance with our discussion, Exhibits 17 and 18 <br />were ommitted from volume 4 of the permit application. <br />Exhibit 17 is the request for the life of mine approval. <br />It is contained in Volume 1 following the letter of <br />introduction to Mr. David Shelton. The request will be <br />inserted in Volume 4 as Exhibit 17. <br />Exhibit 18 is the Certificate of Insurance. Upon <br />receipt from the insurance company, it will be included <br />in Volume 4. <br />2.03.4 Identification of Interests <br />The requirements of 2.03.4(2) are presented below: <br />105 Cast Kiowa, Suite 200 • P.O.
