' Revised Map 1, 1996 - 1998 Exploration Drilling, is presented to
show the location of proposed drilling and the roads which will
' be utilized for access. Map 1 consists of portions of the Mount
Harris, Dunkley, Hayden Gulch, Breeze Mountain, and Hayden 7.5
Minute Quadrangles at a scale of 1:24,000.
3. Period of Intended Exploration:
It is intended that all eighteen drill sites will be completed
between June, 1996 and June, 1998. It is also intended that all
' reclamation activities will be completed by the end of June,
1998. This should allow enough time for the regrading and
reseeding of any sites that may experience activity late in 1997.

t Surface Ownership Agreements
Surface ownership of all locations are listed in Table 1.
Further ownership details are located in Appendix 1. Cottonwood
Land Company is the owner of record for Sites: PDH-6(Site A),
PDH-7(Site B), PDH-8(Site C), PDH-9, and PDH-10(Site D), PDH-
11(Site E). The State of Colorado-Land Board is the owner of
record for Sites: PDH-2, and PDH-3. Cottonwood Land Company has
filed application for State Lease at these sites. These leases
are expected to be issued promptly. Cottonwood Land Company is
' in the process of acquiring access agreements for the remaining
sites. These agreements will be forwarded to D.M.G. when they
become available.
Cottonwood Land Company requests that the Division stipulates
that the landowner agreements for the remaining sites be
forwarded to the Division prior to the drilling for those
specific holes.
Coal Ownership
' Coal ownership of all locations are listed in Table 1. Further
ownership details are located in Appendix 1.
