4. As identified in the application, design details for haul roads, facilities, sediment ponds, and <br />diversion ditches were not included in the application. Our understanding is that this <br />information will be submitted in the neaz future (Rules 2.05.3(3)-(9)). <br />5. Based on statements in the permit text, it appeazs that Northfield will work with the <br />Division to develop the cost estimate using the CIRCES program used by the Division. <br />Important detailed information regarding structures, backfilling and grading, and topsoil <br />volumes is necessary to complete the estimate. Please ensure this information is included in <br />future submittals for #4 above. <br />6. As noted in the permit application, the section titled Protection of the Hydrologic Balance is <br />incomplete at this time. (2.05.6(3)) <br />Please ensure that maps submitted as required by Rule 2.10 are certified by a registered <br />professional engineer or professional geologist as required (Rule 2.10.3(2)). <br />If possible, please avoid numerous future submittals to make your application complete. Since all <br />materials aze necessary before the application can be found complete and the review timeframes <br />begin, one or two lazger submittals will help avoid partial reviews and potential confusion that can <br />occur.
