BacF:filling and Gradiny <br />1) Flatiron will provide an esCimatcd and site specific swell factor <br />and corroborating calculations for the Bourg site. <br />2) Flatiron will provide additional discussion of post-mining <br />topography, approximate original contour, necessity of the east Damp. <br />and appropriateness of the post-mining geomorphic surface in terms <br />of stability, drainage density, excess spoil, and similarity to adjacent <br />landforms. <br />3) Flatiron will provide additional discussion of cafes of reclamation <br />in terms of contemporaneous reclamation. <br />I. Coal Processing [taste and Non-Coal Processing Waste <br />Z) Flatiron will address existence and disposal methods for these <br />materials. <br />J.
