RECLATfATION PiEASURES: <br />State the measures to be taken to reclaim any affected land consistent with <br />the applicable requirements of Rule 6 and any applicable regulations promul- <br />gated thereunder by the Board. <br />The affected land will be graded, covered with topsoil, and <br />planted with grass and other plant species native to the area. <br />Where drainage is affected, it will be restored to as close <br />as possible the original drainage pattern with due regard to <br />the prevention of erosion.' <br /> <br />VIII. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROSPECTING OPERATIONS: <br />1. Reclamation measures shall be fulfilled in a timely manner. <br />2. The prospecting operations described in this notice will be conducted in <br />such a manner as to minimize surface disturbances. In addition to the <br />measures required in Rule 6,, precautions to be taken include: <br />a. Confinement of operations to areas near existing roads or trails, <br />where practicable, <br />b. Timely plugging or capping of drill holes in a proper, inconspicuous <br />and safe manner upon completion or abandonment, <br />c. Reclamation of affected lands upon completion of operations or phases <br />of an operation, <br />d. Dispersing or burying materials removed from any such Bold, <br />e.
