See
Exhibit 2.7-1.
Land Use 2 The maps 3.1-9 and 3.1-5 have been revised to show
surface disturbance. The nature of the disturbance
is not specific as it is difficult to determine if
subsidence is an effect of previous mining operations
or of the consumption of coal in outcrop fires.
Therefore, for clarity, the maps show all forms
inclusively.
Culture 1 Copies of these reports have been submitted to the
division under separate cover with the leases in
June, 1984.
Fish & Y1ild-
life 3 The referenced table was incorrect and should have
read Table 4.3-2.
Operation
Plan 2 The longitudinal cross-section is shown by reference
to extent of mining on Figures 4.2-4 and 9.2-5.
Operation
Plan 4 Electrical transmission corridors are shown on
Figures 9.2-3, 4.2-7 and 9.2-8.
Operation
Flan 6 A dry is a changehouse, the map is changed to read
changehouse.
Roads 2 The size of the railroad culverts were determined
by evaluating drainages above haulroads and the
additive affect of the minor increase in surface
area along with the merging of drainages.
Roads 5 Storm King Diines has applied to the Bureau of Land
Management for a 302 lease covering the refuse
disposal area, haulroad and pipeline. As a part
of the lease the BLM will provide a letter meeting
the requirements of Rule 4.03.1(1)(f).
Roads 8 The landowners have requested that these roads re-
main. Storm Kinq Mines has reseeded all the roads
on the south side of the hogback. The ground water
monitoring program on SK3.75 began nearly a year
ago and will be terminated when the data base is
considered sufficient.
