DGO(. 0. ~~~i~.~:;i ~iP.3U~.•ii r <br />The OSM received on September 7, 1982 from Grand Mesa Coal Company a request <br />for construction of new electric distribution lines, 2,500 KVA substation and <br />Delta Montrose Electric Association power line for their Red Canyon Mine. <br />This request constitutes a minor modification to their approved 211 Pline <br />Plan. OSM is approving this minor modification with the stipulation that the <br />power lines are constructed in accordance with Colorado PSined Land Reclamation <br />Rule 4.18(3). <br />Sincerely, <br />A11e D.
