~ -. • ~ <br />Rule 2.05.4(2)(e) <br />The applicant should indicate what method of seeding will be used (drilled or <br />broadcast), Final analysis of the seed mix will be possible once baseline <br />vegetation information is submitted. <br />The applicant needs to either commit to revegetation success standards to be <br />approved by the Division or establish reference areas in accordance with <br />Rule 4.15.7. The revegetation plan should also include a description of <br />methods proposed to be used to determine the success of revegetation. <br />The applicant proposes to seed topsoil stockpiles with winter wheat or annual <br />rye grass. Vegetative cover on the stockpiles should also include one or more <br />perennial species. Topsoil stockpiles need to be seeded with an approved <br />temporary seed mix or the approved permanent seed mix. <br />Rule 2.05.6(3) <br />There is inadequate baseline data for water quantity and quality provided for <br />Engelville Gulch. The Division requests the operator provide additional data <br />for the months of May and June in accordance with Rule 2.04.7(2)(a)(b). <br />Rule 3.06 <br />The Division has calculated a reclamation bond in the amount of 553,000.00. <br />Enclosed you will find a detailed reclamation cost summary form calculated by <br />the Division.
