At this time the <br />Division feels that there are additional issues that would need to be <br />addressed before a permit is granted. These issues are detailed in the <br />attached pages with the appropriate rules cited. <br />The Division requests that these issues be addressed by June 30, 1990 so we <br />can process the approval of the permit in a timely manner.
