The permit was issued to Lorencito Coal <br />Company for their mining operation located in Las Animas County, approximately 3 miles west of <br />Segundo on Hwy 12. <br />Copies of the proposed decision and permit are available at the Las Animas County Courthouse, and at the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Centennial Building, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~~~~ <br />Kent A.
