I would like to take this opportunity to
explain our situation.
In early 1986 we were approached by investors to enter a Joint
Venture into mining our coal mine. At this time we were told that
time was of the essence, to make a long story short in December
of 1986 they decided not to complete the Joint Venture putting us
in a position of not being able to post the bond.
It is our intention to complete the mining permit as soon as
possible, at this time we feel that new investors can be approached
and the mining permit process completed. We are requesting that
the permit be placed on hold for a short period of time. During
this time we will not mine, but only enter the area to check the
site or remove small amounts of coal for our personal use.
If Chere are any question please feel free to write or call.
Sincerely,
~~
Robert Lobato
Vice President
RL/jal
P.c.
