R. Grace and Company <br />In response to our phone conversation of March 24, 1987, the Florida <br />Department of Natural Resources presently has a civil action pending against <br />W. R. Grace and Company of Bartow, Florida. This action is a result of <br />Grace's noncompliance with Florida's reclamation rules and regulations. <br />However, we have obtained verbal agreements from Grace and their attorneys <br />that the company will be in compliance by August 31, 1987.
