Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc., an affiliate of Seneca <br />Coal Company, holds an Easement Deed from Hockett Farms <br />Covering Tract 92. Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc. has <br />granted SCC right-of-entry permission until such time <br />formal conveyance of the Easement Deed into SCC is <br />effected. The attached draft "Assignment of Easement <br />Agreement" has been approved by SCC's legal associates. <br />The assignment should be signed by July 15, 1995. <br />10. Per BLM's (John Husband) May 12, 1995 letter to CDMG <br />(Susan Burgmaier), cultural resource inventories were <br />acceptable and on-going consultation has been <br />documented properly. <br />Tab 6 <br />16. SCC will replace thinner topsoil (0.5 feet) on the <br />woody plant establishment sites. For further details, <br />please see the response to Comment 78. <br />Tab 7 <br />18, SCC has revised Page 5 and added new Pages 5a and 5b to <br />20. include discussion regarding the Twenty-mile Sandstone <br />and Trout Creek Sandstone aquifers. <br />Tab 13 <br />36. The Division stated in the preliminary adequacy letter <br />that the ditch designs provided in Attachment 13-2 are <br />based on vegetated channel conditions. It was apparent <br />that for all three diversion ditches through the bare <br />channels, prior to vegetation being established, flows <br />through the bare channels will be erosive. The <br />Division requested that a temporary stabilization plan <br />for the channels be provided until vegetation is <br />established. All three diversion ditch designs were <br />reviewed and calculations prepared for both the <br />vegetated and erodible conditions. The revised designs <br />will show that for all three ditches, erosive <br />conditions will not exist. Both sets of designs for <br />all three designs are now included in Attachment 13-2. <br />Diversion Ditch No. 1 <br />The revised design for Ditch No. 1 modified the side <br />slopes of the triangular ditch from 3:1's to 5:1's. <br />The SEDCAD+ output calculations revealed the following: <br />
