To address the completeness review comment on Soils <br />Resource Information - Rule 2.04.9(i)(a), Seneca Coals, Ltd. agrees to <br />collect 14 additional depth verification soil samples within the proposed <br />Seneca II-W disturbance area. The sampling will be conducted in early <br />summer 1983 when access roads are passable.
