No. CO-0067) <br />The subject application has been reviewed and analyzed by our District <br />and Little Snake Resource Area Specialists in regard to all applicable <br />BLM regulations, lease specific terms and conditions, and other <br />identified considerations. This work was performed in response to the <br />enclosed January 9, 1985 request that outlined the following items for <br />BLM review: <br />1. "The proposed resource recovery and protection plan and any <br />conflicts with future recovery of coal "and other mineral <br />"resources". <br />2. Compliance with "applicable Federal coal lease terms, <br />conditions, and stipulations". <br />3. "Identification of lands unsuitable for surface mining and <br />reclamation pursuant to Section 522 of SMCRA". <br />4. "Post mining land uses for any conflicts with land management <br />plans and policies". <br />In addition, the next item was also reviewed by BLM: <br />5.
