-5- <br />XV. <br />Complete books and records shall be maintained by Lessee <br />on alt coal mined, sold or removed from the leased premises. Lessor <br />or represe~etatives of Lessor shall be permitted, at any reasonable <br />~ime._, to .examine .and i.ncn et_~2o_a11s of_~~counts~_records, or~apers _. _ <br />relating to weights or shipments of coal from the leased premises <br />or payments for same, far the purpose of determining the accuracy of <br />the reports made to Lessor by Lessee. <br />• XVI. <br />Lessor or representatives of Lessor shall have the right, <br />at any reasonable time, but at Lessor's sole expense and risk, to <br />enter the leased premises and aZZ workings thereon, whether below <br />or on the surface, in order to inspect, survey, or measure the same, <br />or any part thereof, and to use freely and without hinderance the <br />means of access to the workings. <br />XVII. <br />Upon written request from Lessor, Lessee shall, as soon <br />as practical, furnish Lessor with copies of maps Governing surveys <br />of surface workings on the leased premises. <br />XVIII. <br />Lessee shall diligently reclaim any and all portions of the <br />• leased premises disturbed by exploration or mining operations con- <br />ducted under this lease, so that the reclaimed lands may be put to <br />the same use as was made of these lands at the time of execution of <br />this lease or to a more beneficial use as may be required by applicable <br />state Zaws. <br />XIX. <br />The Lessee agrees that at all locations where work is being <br />performed on the leased premises, written or printed notices shall <br />be posted and kept posted inconformity with the Zaws of the State of <br />Colorado relating to mechanics' liens, in order to protect the leased <br />• <br />~~ 2 <br />
