The application may not be processed until complete. <br />1. Name of the owner(s) of the surface of the affected land: United States Steel Corp. <br />2 <br />Name of the owner(s) of the subsurface rights of the affected ]and: <br />United States Steel owns all mineral rights except the "E" coal seam. <br />3. A map showing information sufficient to determine the location of the affected land <br />on [he ground and existing and proposed roads or access routes to be used in connec- <br />tion with the mining operation. This map should be of a scale sufficient to clearly <br />show the affected land and should also show topographic lines sufficient to reveal <br />the direction and slope of the land. Label Exhibit A. <br />4. Water resources: A brief description of: <br />a) the surface water occurring on the affected land; <br />b) the subsurface water occurring on the affected land; <br />c) the estimated water needs for the operation; and <br />d) the need for a NPDES permit. Wildlife resources: A brief statement listing the species of wildlife occurring on <br />the affected land, noting any endangered or threatened species, and a su-^iary of the <br />influence of the operation on the existing wildlife.
