Also enclosed is a copy of Volume 1 of the application. <br />Our proposed decision cannot be issued until a number of requirements <br />specified in the cover letter to the original draft findings document of <br />March 14, 1983 are inet. Specifically, mine plan projections will have to be <br />updated to reflect current conditions, outdated permit boundary maps will have <br />to be replaced or stamped so as to refer the reviewer to an updated permit <br />boundary map, and finally, the applicant will be required to consolidate the <br />review submittals into one cohesive document. <br />Per our discussion on January 18, I have also requested that the applicant <br />submit the legal descriptions you requested and more detailed life of mine <br />information. <br />If you have any questions during your review please call me. <br />Sincerely, <br />w~. <br />~l <br />Dan Mathews <br />Reclamation Specialist <br />DM/th <br />Doc.
