Enclosed are completion drawings for the alluvial wells. These diagrams show specific data for each hole and will replace the drawing titled Alluvial Wells -Typical Completion Diagram. The completion diagrams are to be inserted into Volume III, Exhibit 3. vi) DMG -Response accepted A stipulation will be attached to arty future approval which specifies that additional hydrologic baseline monitoring and hydrologic analyses will be required if B-Seam mining is proposed by BRL. BRL - No response required. However, since a permit revision will be required to mine the B-Seam, is the stipulation which requires additional baseline monitoring to mine the B-Seam actually required? Such a stipulation will be attached to the permit for many years and be a continual nuisance for both the DMG and BItL. vii) DMG -Response accepted. BRL - No response required. viii) DMG -Response accepted Monitoring of the zone above the B-Seam may be required with airy proposal to mine B-Seam Coal. B1tL - No response required. ix - xi) DMG -Response accepted. B1tL - No response required. xii) DMG -Please address the possibility that these wells might be rehabilitated. BRL -Drill holes 13 and 38 are both completed in the upper D-Seam. There is a road to DH-13 however, a section of the road to DH-38 was taken out by a side a few years ago. BRL will agree to rehabilitate DH-13 during the summer of 1997. Since road construction through an unstable area is requued to rehabilitate DH-38, BRL is not inclined to commit to the rehabilitation DH-38. xiii) DMG -Response accepted. B1tL - No response requved. xiv) DMG -response accepted. BRL - No response required. xv) DMG -Please provide additional Steven Draw data to complete the 1996 flaw season.
