The Terror Creek Company, 17922 Fitch Ave., #210, Irvine, CA 92714,
[phone], has filed with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation
Division an application for a permit to operate a coal loadout
facility under provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining
Reclamation Act of 1979.
The legal description of the proposed facility is as follows:

Part of the NWT SW~ of Sec. 15, T.13S. Range 91W., 6th P.M., described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the NW; SE$ of Section 15, T13S
R91W, 6th P.M.; thence North 519 feet to a point on the South bank of
Deer Trail Ditch; thence along the South bank of the Deer Trail Ditch
as follows: North 48° 55' East 226.4 feet; North 44° 30' East 110
feet North 85° 55' East 103 feet; thence leaving the Deer Trail Ditch
and running South 24° 00' East 80 feet more or less to the South bank
of the Fire Mountain Canal; thence along the approximate South bank of
the Fire Mountain Canal as follows: North 55° 25' East 217 feet;
North 68° 15' East 62 feet; North 82° 50' East 174 feet more or less
to the center line of a lane (County Road 4365) now used and
established; thence South 20° 20' East 506 feet more or less along the
center line of said lane to the North right-of-way line of the .Denver
and Rio Grande Railroad; thence Southwesterly along the arc of a curve
to the right on the North right-of-way line of said railroad, 784
feet; thence South 71° 35' West 494 feet more or less along the North
right-of-way line of said railroad to the South line of said NW; SE;;
thence West 142 feet more or less along the South line of said NWT SE;
of Section 15 to the point of beginning. Containing 18.5 acres more
or less and subject to all easements and rights of way.

follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the SW$ SE; of Section 15, T13S
R91W, 6th P.M.; thence East along the North line of said SW; SE$, 142
feet more or less to the North right-of-way line of the Denver and Rio
Grande Railroad; thence South 71° 35' West 150 feet more or less along
said North right-of-way line to the West line of said SW~ SE; of
Section 15; thence North along said West line 47 feet more or less to
the point of beginning. Containing 0.15 acres more or less.
