The applicant has submitted
sufficient geotechnical information to warrant the geotechnical aspects of
its permit revision application being deemed complete. The application is
now complete in terms of compliance with the requirements of Rule 2.06.7
and 4.22, "Concurrent Surface and Underground Mining and Variances from
Contemporaneous Reclamation Requirements". This completeness concern was
expressed in your letter of incompleteness of September 23, 1982, as item
number 7.
I estimate that completion of an adequacy review of the geotechnical aspects
of the Foidel Creek Mine Permit Revision Application will require approximately
4 man-days of effort on my part. In forwArding that estimate, I'm assuming
review of the same topics of concern covered in my original completeness
reviews I and II of the application.
