At that time, Leo Beeman informed me that he was °40 well behind on his
work schedule.° I therefore decided to try and retain another drilling company that
could carry out the required work in a more timely fashion than Beeman.
Unfortunately, I was not able to accomplish this and upon discussion with my
associates, we decided to retain Beeman to carry out the work, realizing of course that
rve would have to wait for a drill schedule in the fall.
We have contacted the water resources department and confirmed that Beeman will
be drilling the water monitoring wells and that Beeman and Company will make the
application for license form the Water Resources.
As requested during my telephone message, would you be kind enough to forward the
necessary documentation for an Exploration Permit that I believe is required from your
department.
