This addendum addresses our most
recent revision of the bonding estimate based on our
conversation of September 28, 1981.
The two changes in this estimate are 1) use of the I
Rental Rate Bluebook in determining monthly rental charges
for major equipment; 2) maximum reclamation liability based
on the point in time when all overburden from the Pit #2 I
boxcut has been backhauled to Pit #1. The maximum reclama-
tion liability at this time has been estimated at $810,000.
This estimate may be slightly high in light of the fact
that Wyoming Fuel Company has already placed some of the I
existing overburden stockpile into Pit #1. it
If you have any questions, please call.
Very t ly yours
/ ~~
Kar~K i
of n
Manager of Engin
Enclosure
KMK/dnl
