Dear Ms. Raybuch:
Enclosed you will find two signed copies of the Rockcastle Company
Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Permit Document. An officer of
your company needs to sign both copies and have them notarized.
One original should 6e returned to the Division at the above
address. The original should be kept on file at the mine office in
Steamboat Springs.
The company should be aware that issuance of the permit starts the
timeframe of the enclosed stipulations to the permit. These
stipulations are enclosed in Addendum A. Under Section B. Stipulation
Nos. 1 and 3 have been satisfied. Stipulation No. 2 is due six months
from permit issuance.
All other enclosed committments are in effect.
