<br />Proposed Decision <br />Sundance Coal Company <br />The Animas Mine <br />The Colorado 14ined Land Reclamation Division proposes to approve, with <br />stipulations, an application for a permit to conduct coal mining submitted <br />by Sundance Coal Company for the Animas Mine. <br />This approval is based on a finding that the proposed operation will comply <br />with all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Rct, <br />C.R.S. 2973, as amended, 34-33-IOI et se ., and the Regulations promulgated <br />pursuant to the Rct. ^ <br />The permit application and the stipulations twill become a binding part of <br />the permit upon approval. <br />
