part of the data sheets) is always set equal to one foot and

clarify which wells were the pumping wells during aquifer
tests. The pumping wells for any given aquifer test are the
monitoring site listed corresponding to a specific date. On

N/A During the February 1, 1995 meeting between SCC and CDMG
personnel in Denver, the CDMG reque::ted SCC to describe and
qualify limitations of stilling well communication ports. SCC
has revised the "Sage Creek" subsection within the
"Streamflow" section of Tab 7 to provide this clarification.

26. Potential landslide areas recognized by the Division have been
delineated on Exhibit 6-1, Site Specific Geology. These areas
will be fie.id verified during the 1995 field season. The
mining plan•was updated to address potentially unstable areas
and active landslide areas during the: mining operations. The
Division specified three particular areas of concern with only
one being ir: the first permit term. The potential unstable
area noted by the Division on the west upper slopes and gulch
of the Pond 11 drainage is not within the current mine plan
boundary and should not present any problems. The monitoring
road to Pond 11 has also been removed. Therefore, Seneca does
not feel this area will be affected at the present time. It
is also understood that should any landslides occur, the
Division will be notified immediately and a monitoring and
remediation plan submitted for approval and implementation.
