Kiowa, Suite 200
Colorado Springs, Colo. 80903
RE: Additional information required for permit application and future
revisions to the permit.
Our File No.: C-023-81
Dear Rade
The Division has received and reviewed the responses submitted by Chimney
Rock Coal to the June 12, 1981 P.A.R. Conference. We respectfully
request that you submit the information outlined in the above mentioned
letter by Oct. 20,1981. Submission of this information however, does
not necessarily mean that additional information may not be requested
as the review progresses.
Further, it was indicated by Chimney Rock personnel that a revision may
be forthcoming requesting the diversion of Stollsteimer Creek. After
discussion with Division Staff personnel, it is our consensus that this
request would fall under the category of a permit revision rather than
a technical revision. As you are aware, a permit revision is substantially
more time consuming and requires a great deal more information than
T
a technical revision.
