County Road 77 is potentially <br />affected starting at the north line of Section 22 for a distance of approximately 900 feet to <br />Che south, A public hearing, for the purpose of determining whether the interests of the <br />public and affected landowners will be protected may be requested by contacting the <br />DRMS in writing within 30 days after the last publication of this notice. Any such <br />hearing would be held in the locality of the proposed mining operation. <br />Additional information regarding the subject application may be obtained at the DRMS. <br />Any written comments with respect to the application, objections to the application, or <br />requests for informal conferences pursuant to the Kegulations of Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, Rule 2.07, should be filed with the Division of Reclamation.
