Long <br />Division DirvUOr <br />Just ~,cou le of additional comments regarding the Yoast PHC: <br />1) 13, last sentence: Please have the operator explain <br />how the drawdown from the production well will be <br />directed toward the west and southeast area of the mine <br />rather than radiating concentrically from the well. <br />2) Page 14, 1st Paragraph: SCC states that there are no <br />wells other than the BCC's Seneca II-W production well <br />that produce from the Trout Creek Sandstone, so there is <br />no impact to adjacent wells. However, the Division is <br />aware of three other wells in the Trout Creek Sandstone, <br />associated with the Foidel Creek Mine. At least one of <br />these wells is located within the one-foot drawdown <br />radius of ten miles predicted by BCC.
