Special stipulation (i) should reinforce any other permits <br />issued to control dust and thus should include covering of loaded <br />trucks. I <br />12. Temporary diversion of surface waters from upgradient of <br />the disturbed area and reclamation of these diversions~to <br />restore the drainage system. <br />b.
