. •: - 2 _ <br /> <br />Walden Coal will insure that any surface drainage from the disturbed <br />area drains to the east. At the east end of the load-out site is a large earth <br />ramp, The ramp should prevent the minimal surface drainage from leaving the <br />load-out area. <br />Also located at the east end of the load out area is a natural depression. <br />Walden Coal plans to use this as a sedimentation pond for the minimal drainage. <br />Walden Coal strongly believes that because of the topography, the <br />small surface area, and the limited precipitation that no additional contributions <br />of sediment to stream #low or to runoff outside the permit will occur as a result <br />of the operations at the Northgate Load-out.
