Mr. Lewicki observes on <br />pane 62 of the application: "All of the above cases (of the analysis) were run <br />without water seepage into the pile. The existing diversion has done a good <br />sob of preventing this in the past 12 yea s and it is important that this <br />diversion remain in place to continue to eep water off the fill after <br />reclamation." I concur with this state nt.
