I would like to respond point-by-point
to your proposal submitted in the August I5, 1981 application, in response
to our August 18, 1981 adequacy letter.
Comment No. 1
The designs on the modified ditch are acceptable and should be incorporated
into the application.
Cormnent No. 2
Bonding costs for the ditch are resolved.
Comment No. 3
Kaiser-Sievers has indicated they will repair the ditch. This comment
should be deleted from your new application.
Comment No. 9
Sievers ranch has requested that Snowmass inspect the ditch once per week
during the irrigation season to identify any actual or potential problems.
This should be committed to in the application.
