<br />Enclosed you will find two maps that indicate our five year mine
<br />plan. Map D-4-1 is a copy of our permit application map. The
<br />other map has the five year mine plan superimposed upon it, and
<br />the federal coal lease C-08173 shaded in orange, and blue. That
<br />part of the lease which will be affected by our five year mine
<br />plan is shaded in blue. The orange shade indicates the rest of
<br />the lease which will not be mined by our five year mine plan.

<br />quarter section within the description. Again, this description
<br />is only for federal surface ownership within our permit area.
