Vegetation Monitorin <br />In concert with the wildlife monitoring program, vegetation <br />will be monitored according to the following schedule: <br />1, Plant cover and diversity - at onset, 1, 3 and 5 years. <br />~ Plant productivity - at onset, 1, 3 and 5 years. <br />6. There are no existing power transmission lines on the permit <br />area under control of Wyoming Fuel Company, and no power <br />transmission lines are planned. <br />7. Wildlife will be excluded from all ponds that contain toxic <br />or hazardous materials by fencing all ponds and covering ponds <br />with netti:ig to exclude waterfowl. <br />8. All proposed pesticide and herbicide applications if appropriate, <br />will be submitted to the Division of Mined Land Reclamation for <br />approval. <br />
