I forward the following comments for your use in completing your amended findings document. The company's amended dd.scription of blasting plans is acceptable. Your findings document should reflect the company's commitment (pg. D-3) to submission of a plan, if blasting is required, at least 60 days prior to the initiation of any blasting activity. The company's description of the East Dump, contained on page D-6 and pages 3 to 6 of Exhibit F, now more clearly describes their plan's intent. They briefly, but clearly, explain their rationale for obtaining approximate original contour, considering their relocation of a minor ridge by 200 yards. Your findings document should discuss the company's commitments: (1) To submit an amended post~nining topographic plan, if the aerial photographic mapping currently being completed determines variation from the originally projected plan. (The company should submit the results of their mapping for our review, regardless of the results.) (2) To submit all swell factor verification data and reports as soon as available for review by the Division.
